Be a Reef Check spokesperson at the Long Beach Scuba Show this year!

Reef Check will once again have a booth at the annual Long Beach Scuba Show on June 8 and 9. http://scubashow.com/

We are looking for some outgoing volunteers who are comfortable sharing their knowledge with others. We want people who can be spokespeople for our organization! We will have at least one staff member at the booth each day, but we will definitely rely on some of our volunteers to help spread the word about Reef Check.

We'd like people to work 2-3 hour shifts at the booth and you will be able to explore the other exhibits before or after your shift for free. If you are interested, please let me know what day you would like to help out. As the event approaches, we'll be sure to give you more details about the schedule. This is always a fun event and as you can imagine, a big one for us as we try to get new divers involved in our program. We need you to share the reasons why you got involved and stay involved with RCCA.

To rsvp for this event please respond to this thread so I can have all this information in one place.

Saturday (show hours are 10 am to 6 pm):
Brianne - all day
1. David B. -morning shift (10-1?)
2. Ted S. - afternoon shift after 1 pm (1-4?)

Hi Kim, can you come by for the later afternoon shift on Saturday? If you want to check out the scuba show before and then come to the booth to help that would be great. I can let you in with our pass if you come by and say hi earlier than your time at the boothI'm so glad you can make it!
